Thema 2017: Digital Supply Chains

Organizations must work smarter and more efficiently to meet the needs of their customers. Still, much is still being done with traditional means. The necessary innovation within the logistics organization goes beyond improving processes with technology. Due to changing customer demand with corresponding requirements and demands, more than system innovation is needed. The theme of ICT & Logistics this year is Digital Supply Chains.

Practical examples, inspiration and handles

How do you organize this synergy between techniques, processes and people? How do you transform the business model of the organization through innovation and digitization? During ICT & Logistics 2017 on 28, 29 and 30 November, concurrently with Logistica, both partners and the content program offer examples of practice that hopefully not only inspire visitors, but also motivate themselves to get started. With special attention to the subthemes: Business Intelligence & Analytics, Warehouse Automation, Sales & Operation Planning and Transport & Distribution.

If you are coming by car, follow the blue ANWB signs with the designation ‚Jaarbeurs‘ from the Utrecht ring. Jaarbeurs has extensive parking facilities, in the center of Utrecht, on the premises.

For a parking lot at the Jaarbeurs premises you pay € 4.00 per hour and € 16 for a whole day.

Note: Since 1 January 2015, the environmental zone for passenger cars and vans in Utrecht is valid for diesel engines from January 1, 2001. Park & Ride

A combination of car and public transport is also possible. In the vicinity of Utrecht there are 8 stations with a Park & Ride facility.

By train

Jaarbeurs is located next to Utrecht Central Station and is therefore easily accessible by train. Follow the signs ‚Jaarbeursplein‘ from the Central Station. You will walk to the Jaarbeurs Hall complex in five minutes.
